At Balance Medical Center, we treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, panic, PTSD, phobias, mood disorders, and disordered relationships with food (including binge eating, fear of weight gain, and “social media overuse”) with a thoughtful blend of therapy, medication, and evidence-based neuromodulation. Think of it as a toolkit, not a one-size plan. Together with you we co-design care that can include psychopharmacology and medication management alongside talk therapy, CBT, and DBT skills that literally re-train brain pathways through neuroplasticity. For treatment-resistant symptoms, we offer noninvasive options like TMS (targeted magnetic pulses that help “reset” underactive mood circuits). For eligible patients, IV ketamine or esketamine (Spravato) can rapidly reduce depressive symptoms while therapy integrates the gains.
